Erin Schaefer was born on October 6, 2002 in San Diego, California. She is the youngest of five siblings, Christopher 22yrs, Randi 19yrs, Nicholas 18yrs and Tyler 16yrs old. So you can truly see she is the baby of the family. Ever since Erin was born she has brought such happiness to our family and I am sure to everyone else who has met her. She seems to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Some of her favorite things to do are to ride BMX, make several trips to Build A Bear (ha-ha), shopping, getting her nails done and her most favorite is to ride her horse.
